Who is the organizer of the expo?
The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB).
How long has the expo been held?
The expo has been held since 2010, but over the years, MSB's mission and range of services in this field have expanded. In 2022, the conference previously known as Rakeldagen was expanded into what has now evolved into the Mission Critical Communications Expo.

Why is the expo organized?
MSB operates several mission-critical communication services (Rakel, SGSI, WIS), which in turn rely on complementary services and products from the private sector. The expo serves as a meeting place for MSB’s users and suppliers, aiming to strengthen Sweden’s total defense capabilities. It provides a platform for businesses and public sector organizations to establish relationships that enhance Sweden’s ability to collaborate and lead critical societal efforts.
Who is allowed to visit the expo?
Authorized users of MSB’s services may attend the expo.
How much does it cost to visit the expo?
880 SEK per visitor. Breakfast, coffee, and lunch are included in the fee.
How many exhibitor staff members are allowed to attend the expo?
This year, there are no restrictions as in previous years. All visitors must pay a participation fee of 880 SEK per person. Exhibitor personnel are not included in the booth package.

Companies and organizations within the field of mission critical communications expo.
How much does it cost to exhibit at the expo?
There are three different exhibitor packages available, each with a different fee depending on size.

Can exhibitors choose their booth location?
Exhibitors are welcome to submit location requests, which MSB will consider as much as possible. The final layout is determined by MSB.
What is the cost for a non-profit organization?
Non-profit organizations approved by MSB may exhibit without a booth fee. However, a visitor fee of 880 SEK per person will still be charged.
What is the cost for other government agencies?
Government agencies approved by MSB may exhibit without a booth fee. However, a visitor fee of 880 SEK per person will still be charged.

Can I visit the expo to evaluate whether our company should exhibit next year?
Yes, at a self-cost fee of 3,000 SEK per visitor. Register your interest via MSB’s functional email dfsk@msb.se.
Mark the email "Prospectus" and describe your organization and why you are interested in exhibiting. MSB will then contact you with a registration and payment link.
When will the final program be available?
MSB will publish the final program on its website in early September.
